Employee Wellness Campaign -- Spring Into Motion

It’s a great time of year to enjoy the weather and Spring Into Motion. Whether your participants do the same exercise routine or try something new every day, they’re inspired to step up physical activity with this rejuvenating health and fitness program.

How It Works

Each day participants log physical activity minutes — based on their current exercise level or targeted goal — and shade in butterflies to match:

  • Beginner exercisers aim for 500 minutes (about 18 minutes/day); 1 butterfly = 10 minutes
  • Regular exercisers aim for 750 minutes (about 27 minutes/day); 1 butterfly = 15 minutes
  • Advanced exercisers aim for 1000 minutes (about 36 minutes/day); 1 butterfly = 20 minutes

Features

  • 28-day program
  • For beginner to advanced exercisers
  • Challenging goals to fit every skill level
  • Optional team competition — a friendly matchup for added accountability.
